Every tbajee user is committed to using the platform responsibly. Any illegal activity, fraud, deception, or attempt to manipulate the system through the platform is strictly prohibited. Users who attempt to access another user's account or interfere with the platform's normal operations may face legal action.
Users may only play from their own account; placing bets on behalf of others or as part of a professional syndicate is prohibited. tbajee's content, designs, or software may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization. Abusive, hateful, or harassing behaviour on the platform will be treated as a punishable offence.
All financial transactions on tbajee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Specified limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. Users must ensure that the mobile banking account they use is registered in their own name.
In the event of a suspicious transaction, tbajee may initiate a verification process during which withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold. tbajee reserves the right to cancel any transaction found to be fraudulent or based on false information. Balance transfers or payments to third parties are not supported on this platform.

Tbajee's logos, designs, website content, software, and brand elements are fully protected under intellectual property law. Using, copying, or modifying them without authorization is a punishable offence. Any third-party website or service links are provided for informational purposes only, and tbajee is not responsible for the content or security of those sites.
Tbajee may amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
For significant changes, tbajee will endeavour to notify users via their registered mobile number.
Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
